What Heario is
Heario provides guided, self-help support for common hearing aid issues. It is offered to hearing clinics and their patients. Heario is a support tool and does not replace professional medical or audiological care.
Not medical advice
The guidance in Heario is for general, informational, self-help purposes only and is not medical advice. If you have a medical concern, or if a problem is not resolved through the app, contact your hearing clinic or a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Heario only for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
Access
Clinics access Heario through a trial or subscription. Patients access the app using a code provided by their clinic. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the service over time.
Intellectual property
Heario, including its content, design, and branding, belongs to Heario. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
Disclaimers
Heario is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will resolve every issue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heario is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
